Firstly, consider this precious human birth, endowed with many blessings, which is difficult to obtain and easily lost. So now, at this time, do meaningful work.
Secondly, all things- the outer vessel ( the outer, external worlds created by the kamma of beings ) and the contents ( all beings ) are impermanent, especially the life-breath of beings which is like a bubble. When we will die is uncertain. At the time of death the body becomes a corpse. Because of the benefits of Dhamma at that time, practice with diligence.
Thirdly, at the time of death we do not meet with any freedom and kamma is in control. Therefore give up unskillful actions and always occupy your time with virtuous actions. Thinking thus, every day, examine your mind.
Fourthly, Samsara's places, friends, pleasures, possessions and so on bring continual torture of the three sufferings. Therefore they are like the festival of the executioner, leading you to the place of death. After severing all attachments, practice with diligence to accomplish enlightenment.
