The mind is not the body. It is an entity.Everthing you do, know, say is from the mind. Your mind is yours and actions are yours. Only you can forgive yourself. Only you know the answers to your questions.
We use our feelings and emotions to control our body and express ourselves, therefore bad KARMA. To produce good KARMA we need to have clear mind, and clear thoughts.
To do this we must understand the mind and why we are doing, what we are doing? As soon as the mind learns why, it knows how to deal with the situation. Start by giving everything you say and do a meaning. Don't judge it whether it is good, bad, right or wrong, simply say to yourself. Thinking......, Walking...., Washing........., Eating..... Do it to tell yourself how you feel. Instead of letting it out with actions, say to yourself. Angry..., Depressed...,Tired.......Keep saying it until a thought more than a feeling or emotion. Focus on your breathing. As it rises, say rising and lowering. This clears our mind. With clear mind we can focus on the more important things in life and produce good KARMA like I have done here.
